The tour will travel within a 15-mile radius of the Flora-Bama. The water ranges from 5 to 40

feet deep.

If you’re wondering what to wear on a dolphin cruise, keep it simple! Dress in lightweight,

breathable clothing, wear a hat, and don’t forget sunscreen. Comfortable shoes with non-slip soles are also recommended, as boat docks can become slippery. Dress for the weather; in the fall, a sweatshirt feels good.

We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your trip time for check-in. From May to

August, please give yourself plenty of time for traffic and parking. Be sure to leave some wiggle room in case of accidents or construction.

We are located behind the Flora-Bama Marina at 29603 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach,

AL 36561. You can find parking in the white gravel parking lot.

We offer bottled water, soft drinks, chips, and cookies for purchase.

Bags are welcome on the Bama Breeze. We suggest bringing sunscreen, sunglasses,

towels, and cash for tips. We do not allow glass or coolers on the boat. No exceptions.

There is no minimum age for children.

If you cancel, our policy is pretty straightforward: We simply ask that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance. If we cancel due to weather, there is no charge, and you get a 100% refund or we will try to reschedule you as best as we can, subject to availability.

Thunderstorms and wind speed. The captain will closely monitor the weather to ensure the

safety of all guests onboard.

Most days, it makes little difference. We can see dolphins throughout the day.

Well, that depends on the rain. If it’s a little sprinkle and no one is going to melt, then we will continue the tour. Downpours and/or thunderstorms are a no-go. We will cancel.

We can comfortably hold 60 plus passengers.

We have snacks and beverages available for purchase. Any special dietary needs are

welcome.

Although it is rare, dolphins are wild animals and we cannot predict their exact location.

Yes, service animals are welcome.

Our crew works very hard before the cruise setting up the boat for you, catering to you during the cruise, and cleaning the boat after your cruise so that you and your family will have an awesome experience on your vacation. It is customary to tip your crew and is always very appreciated!

Our boats require a minimum of 15 passengers to be booked before we can go out. If theminimum requirement is not met, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule for a future date.

We do require children 8 and under to wear a life jacket for the duration of the tour. We have

Coast Guard-approved life jackets available on board.

"No shows" or cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip time will not be refunded or

rescheduled, even if you make the reservation within that period. You must make sure to speak to someone or receive an email response; if you leave us a message, please be sure you get a reply from us. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER THE BOAT LEAVES AT THE SCHEDULED TRIP TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS.

First and foremost, thank you for your service! Yes, we have a 10% discount for military

families; active, past, and retired. We truly appreciate you. Please let us know when you make your reservation or at check-in if you are military. (Must show military ID when checking in.)

Unfortunately, our boats are not handicap or wheelchair accessible. We will do our best to

accommodate all guests. Passengers must be able to get out of the wheelchair and sit in seats provided on the boat. Our crew is available to help customers on the boat if needed, but customers must be able to walk onboard.

While our dolphin tour boats are designed to keep you dry, there is always a chance of

getting splashed, especially if the water is choppy or if dolphins are playing near the boat. We recommend bringing a towel and wearing water-resistant clothing just in case.
